Junior Fellows Program

A full-time, paid summer job. Selected high school students and recent graduates learn about OneAmerica Financial and the financial services industry. Participants experience accountability at work through engaging projects and exposure to a variety of financial services careers.

This year’s application cycle for the Junior Fellows Program is now closed. The next cycle will open in January 2025.

Junior Associates Program

A paid, part-time opportunity for high school graduates that offers one-on-one mentoring and skills training for career success.

If you know a student who would excel with a mentor’s guidance and feedback, consider nominating them for the Junior Associates Program.

OneAmerica Financial mentors

Pathways Program students are each paired with a OneAmerica Financial employee who serves as a mentor. Mentors engage with students in personal and professional development, meeting weekly to provide students with support, guidance and focused feedback.
