Dennis Martin serves as president of Individual Life and Financial Services at OneAmerica Financial^®, and he leads the organization’s Life Insurance, Annuity and Asset-Based Long Term Care businesses.

An authentic and adaptive leader, Martin has a proven track record of success across many facets of the insurance and financial services businesses. He is passionate about the mission of the Life Insurance and Long-Term Care industry, and he’s committed to creating a transformational environment to elevate its impact on customers, distribution partners and associates.

Martin actively drives positive change in the insurance industry. He is currently chair of the Life Insurance Advisory Board for the Life Insurance and Marketing Research Association (LIMRA), and very engaged with distribution associations, including FINSECA and NAIFA.

Martin graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science. He is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. While part of his heart will always remain in Canada, he has made Indiana home, even appearing in the Hoosier by Choice video campaign.
