
Steven Kofkoff
Senior Vice President, Client Experience Retirement Services
Steven Kofkoff serves as senior vice president, leading the exit of OneAmerica Financial® from the recordkeeping business. As an outcome-driven leader, Kofkoff is responsible for successfully decoupling the business from the remaining OneAmerica Financial enterprise and achieving key deal value targets. This work includes management of a Transition Services Agreement with Voya Financial, including the migration of the acquired business to the Voya Financial platform.
Previously, Kofkoff was responsible for all aspects of client management for the Retirement Services business at OneAmerica Financial. His work included relationship management, client administration and business operations, with the objective of strengthening client relationships through value-added services and an excellent customer experience.
Since joining the companies of OneAmerica Financial in 2014, Kofkoff has held several other leadership positions in the Retirement Services business, including roles as the strategy, product development and innovation leader, and as lead finance officer. Through this work, he has strengthened the organization by developing and delivering on multi-year strategic plans and product roadmaps, while also strengthening strategic planning, forecasting and pricing capabilities for both the line of business and the enterprise.
Before joining the companies of OneAmerica Financial, Kofkoff worked as an associate in the investment banking division at Barclays in New York City, where he focused on acquisition financing, public and private debt underwriting, risk management and liability management. Kofkoff holds a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia Business School in New York City, graduating with distinction and dean’s list honors. He also received a bachelor’s degree in public policy studies from Duke University. Kofkoff serves on the boards of the Indianapolis Opera and the Silk Foundation in St. Louis.
