As a financial planner and analyst, you will assist with the development of monthly and quarterly reports, as well as competitive analyses and company dashboards. You will also participate in the review and rationalization of management financial reports, analyze company cost allocations and ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

On the internal audit team, you will support the evaluation of financial and operational controls across the enterprise. You’ll assist in operational and financial audits under the mentoring of a Senior Auditor. You’ll also conduct interviews with product owners, document process flows, select and review audit samples, evaluate and discuss the results of tests and prepare written reports for senior management.

On the investments team, you will perform detailed security analysis and make recommendations on equity investments. You’ll analyze and compare mutual funds, assist in the preparation and presentation of marketing materials and create and maintain an equity database. You’ll also learn to trade cash investments, stocks and bonds, as well as perform reviews on special asset classes and software.

On the mortgage loans team, you’ll assist with the annual analysis of loans held within OneAmerica’s $1.8 billion commercial mortgage loan portfolio. You’ll download information like operating statements, rent rolls, inspection information and photographs from the company website. You’ll also review and analyze information for each loan and assist with the company’s annual loan rating and review process.

On the OneAmerica treasury team, you’ll support the implementation of a major treasury system. You’ll also assist in the work of operational projects and conduct compliance testing for an employee reimbursement program.
