Here’s What to Expect Next
If your form required only your signature:
- OneAmerica has now received your request for processing. No further action is needed by you to begin processing your request.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and up to 6 additional business days for receipt of funds.
- If any information is missing, OneAmerica will contact you via phone or email to continue processing your request.
If your form requires authorization from your Plan Administrator:
- Your request has now been sent for your Plan Administrator’s review and approval.
- Upon their approval, you’ll receive a “Completion” notification email, which means your form has been received by OneAmerica for processing. No further action will be needed from you for OneAmerica to begin processing your request.
- Once you’ve received the “Completion” notification email, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and up to 6 additional business days for receipt of funds. If any information is missing, OneAmerica will contact you via phone or email to continue processing your request.
