Advice for interns on their first day? Be ready for a lot! There is going to be a lot thrown at you. It is a lot to take in, but all the resources you need are given to you. With time, everything smooths out and everything makes sense. Be patient!

Best piece of advice you were given during your internship? Never stop learning. There is always room to learn more, even if it isn’t in your department or even with this job … Never lose the thirst to learn.
What about your experience at OneAmerica would interest you in a future career here? The culture; everyone here is super nice and always helped me find out what is best for me. They really show that they are here to help me.
What tip would you give to those interviewing for internships next summer? Be yourself. If you’re not, they can sense it. Present yourself in the best way you can and be personable.
