OneAmerica Financial female retirement professionals program

Launched in 2021, our program is built on our belief in the power of relationships — and is intended to engage, elevate and empower female financial professionals. The program was envisioned and is chaired by Sandy McCarthy, President of Retirement Services at OneAmerica Financial. Our latest work highlights findings from a survey of over 200 female financial professionals and provides insights into their motivations, challenges and the factors that fuel their success.
