How it works

When your employer selects OneAmerica Financial as their retirement services provider, we’ll work with you to get everything up and running. Generally speaking, here’s what you can expect:

  • Contributions to the plan are automatic. The money you contribute to your retirement account is automatically deducted from your paycheck.
  • You choose how your contributions are invested. In most cases, your employer’s workplace retirement plan will offer several investment options. Deciding where you want your contributions to go depends on your tolerance for risk and your overall retirement strategy.
  • We’ll encourage and educate you. The sooner you start investing, the better. We’re always happy to explain the benefits of taking advantage of all that your retirement plan has to offer.
